Elizabeth Hurley Shows Off ‘Heavenly’ Abs And Toned Legs In A Bikini

The actress, 56, wore a white and blue bikini as she lay on an angel wing floatie in the pool. The model looked like an absolute angel while showing off her toned legs and abs. It certainly looks like her body and her summer are both going strong!

Hurley captioned the pic as:
“Happy place #uksummer 🤷🏻‍♀️.”

Fans loved the pic and commented generously. One fan said, “❤️ Angel ❤️.” Another wrote, “Age is just a number 👏.” The second commentator is on to something because even at 56, Hurley still looks like a goddess.

But her toned abs and legs don’t come totally naturally. Elizabeth has a fitness formula that helps her stay in shape.

The actress begins her day with movement. In an interview with Women’s Health, Hurley stated that she wakes up around 7:30 am.
She then heads to the washroom, brushes her teeth, and does squat reps. Yes, she does squats all the while she is brushing. That’s something we couldn’t do because we are barely half-awake in the morning while brushing!.

She then does the same in the afternoon. After having breakfast, the actress goes for a 30-min morning walk with her pet dogs Hector and Mia. Hector is a Labrador, and Mia is a cocker spaniel.

Elizabeth says that these walks are just fast enough to get her heart rate up. She says that “Fresh air frees you of all tension.” And this is why you won’t find her on a treadmill.

And that’s her routine. Yeah, we are jealous.

Elizabeth also says that sometimes she does Pilates and yoga as part of her routine. However, she tends to do this only when she is on vacation when she has more time.

Regarding her diet, Hurley likes healthy and natural foods that are locally grown. In an interview with The Cut, she said:

“I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives. When I’m at home in the country, I always try and eat food that’s grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables.”

It looks like Elizabeth Hurley’s simple and healthy lifestyle is helping her keep her body toned and sexy.
