Miley Cyrus has switched up her look by returning to her natural hair color, brown, after being a blonde for years. The singer revealed her new hairdo at the Daily Front Row Fashion Awards in Los Angeles on April 23, where she presented her stylist with the Music Stylist of the Year Award. She arrived wearing a black corset, which complimented her new hair color. Although she still had some blonde highlights, the base of her hair was much darker, reminiscent of her younger years. She completed her look with a black leather skirt and heels.

In late 2022, Miley had hinted that she may switch up her hair color by dyeing it dark to celebrate the start of 2023, but decided against it after seeking advice from Dolly Parton. However, she had already dyed the bottom layers of her hair a darker color, creating a more two-toned look.

Miley first started lightening her hair in 2010, but it was in 2012 when she shocked everyone by cutting it short and dying it platinum blonde. Over the years, the singer has tried out various hairstyles and colors. Her latest studio album, Endless Summer Vacation, was released in March and features the hit single “Flowers”, which spent weeks atop the Billboard charts. In her personal life, Miley has been in a relationship with drummer Maxx Morando since 2021.
