Tyra Banks brought Disney magic to the Oct. 11 episode of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ as she hosted the show in a Lion King-inspired outfit for Disney Heroes night.
Tyra donned a stunning gold dress with a feathered neckline and an elegant gold choker, complemented by an updo reminiscent of Beyoncé’s Nala from the live-action Lion King film.
Known for her thematic fashion choices, Tyra previously embraced the Britney Spears theme on the Oct. 4 episode. She started the night in a schoolgirl outfit, paying homage to Britney’s iconic “Hit Me Baby One More Time” era.
Later, she changed into a green dress with a snake wrapped around her neck, reminiscent of Britney’s “I’m A Slave 4 U” era.
In the current week, all the contestants of Dancing With the Stars face the challenge of learning two dances in one week. The show will have a special second episode on Oct. 12, where the participants will embody Disney villains.
The remaining 13 contestants are putting their skills to the test as they prepare for this exciting double performance.
Despite facing setbacks due to COVID-19, such as Cody Rigsby and his partner Cheryl Burke testing positive, the stars have persevered.
Cody and Cheryl danced remotely and quarantined separately, but with the support of their fans, they have returned to the ballroom for another week of competition in the 30th season of Dancing with the Stars.
